Have you ever wondered why we some times question things in our life or even have questions? Well, I have wondered this a lot lately. We know we have certain things (good or bad) we have to go through in this life. So, if it is our destiny why question it? Is it because the not knowing makes us feel insecure and unsafe? Sometimes we feel a deep pit in our stomach! Is it because we don't know the end result or the outcome.? Is it maybe because we can't see or know what's ahead of us in this life?
Maybe it is because we do not have enough faith. Sometimes I think we do have faith but we are only human. Life gets real hard at times. We just have to endure. Well, I know it's good to question things because that is how we learn and grow. It is also how we get through life. I do know that we need good friends along the way that show us a lot of love and compassion.
I went to the temple earlier tonight where I took a lot of my questions. As I was going up the side walk I met a young girl sitting on bench by the trees just crying and sobbing her heart out. I asked her if there was anything I could do to help her. She said she had just had a bad day and she need to be by the temple. She had forgot her recommend and couldn't go in but she was in jeans so I did not understand. I asked her if I could give her a hug. She said yes. I gave her a hug comforted her. I think this made her feel better. It made me feel good. I know she was sitting there with a lot of questions about her life. I went in the temple and told one of the workers about this. He said he could look her information up in the computer without her recommend. I went clear back outside to tell her this. She was glad to know, but couldn't go in because she was in jeans. I put her name in the temple.
She was probably upset because she had some trials and did not know what the outcome would be.
My thought for the day is; show great love and kindness for one another. We need to have compassion for each other and build each other up. We need to have and show unconditional love for one another....times are getting that hard!
